INDPART LIMITED WARRANTY FOR BUSINESSES/PERSONAL USE

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD TO BUSINESS/PERSONAL USE CUSTOMERS ARE WARRANTED BY INDPART ONLY FOR USE IN BUSINESS/PERSONAL USE, GOVERNMENT, RESALE, OR ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS UNDER NORMAL USE FOR ONE (1) YEAR AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE FROM INDPART, THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT IT DETERMINES TO BE DEFECTIVE IN WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS WILL BE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

The guarantee period should be confirmed by the distributor to the purchaser at the time of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Consequential loss

• Sulphation

• Wear and tear

• Deep cycling

• Overcharging

• Physical damage

• Incorrect application

• Overdischarging

This guarantee obligation excludes:
• Failure resulting from the wear and tear, misuse and negligence either before or during use. Examples are overcharging, deep cycling, sulphation and undercharging

• Failure resulting from the use of any fluids other than distilled or deionised water, or from any action not recommended.

• No guarantee claim will be actioned without a dated proof of purchase
