This process is similar to puls welding in the MIG/MAG method and allows for apply even less heat into the base material compared to traditional laser welding mode.
An additional feature is the ability to clean surfaces and welds. This allows us to clean the surface before welding, and the welds are free from contaminants, enhancing their durability and aesthetics. In JSW models, we have access to a cleaning function with a laser beam width of up to 70mm.
Our system also allows for material cutting, but it is important to note that it does not match dedicated CNC machines in terms of precision, efficiency, and versatility. It is more suitable for those who need a versatile device rather than for users expecting perfect cutting results at an industrial level.
